The Instagram user @Vhix is a Online Scammer that blackmails people. He uses multiple accounts to spy on his victims. He makes sure they join his telegram channel Llevservices where he offers to unban instagram accounts. Then he will contact the instagram user from another account and pressure the user to pay 3500 USD within 24 hours otherwise he will take the account forever. Then he mass reports the instagram account so that then the victim contacts him on telegram and he can charge gain to unban the account
