He lives a flashy lifestyle and portraits himself as a successful entrepreneur but actually he makes all his money scamming people and needs to keep scamming to keep living the fake lifestyle.
He uses mainly instagram and his network to find new victims. He promises that he can get permanent residency visas, diplomatic passports as well as drivers licenses through his high level connections.

After payment he will ghost his victims, not deliver and never send back the money.

Bryce Cleveland operates in Medellin, Colombia and is wanted in the US for a serious crime. He's illegal in Colombia without any permit to stay but sells residency visas.
