He sells the 100% hand off passive income dream by offering 100% automated walmart/ amazon stores.
He sells these stores for 32k USD each but no one made any money with these stores. The stores either never get built or if they do, they get shut down after 1 sale and there's no support from the company even though offering full refund.

The client is left alone with a 32k loss, and monthly fees.

Collin Mayne sells these stores with his lifestyle. However, none of Scott's or Collin's money is made from ecommerce but only from selling stores which don't generate any return.

Collin Mayne and Scott Barrie have made millions selling a dream and have bought real estate in Playa del Carmen Q.R. Mexico and in Cabos San Lucas, Baja California Mexico with the money that clients paid for these stores. No client has made any money nor do they have an ecom store.
